Admissions Requirements for Returning Students

Students who have not been enrolled at SCC for three consecutive semesters

• Complete and submit a SCC Application for admission. (Students who reapply to the same program must re-enter under the current program guidelines.  These guidelines may affect the applicability of completed credit hours for the program and the total credit hours needed for program completion.)
  

• Complete required parts of the COMPASS or ASSET skills assessment, if applicable.
  
  
• If you have attended another college/university during the interim, request an official copy of all transcripts be sent to the SCC Admissions Center.
  
  
• Meet with an admissions counselor for official acceptance to the college.

• Apply Online Apply for admission conveniently online. Save your information and return to complete later - you decide, it's up to you!
• Important Dates Keep up with deadlines and information sessions.
  
• Request a Visit Contact recruiting or an admissions counselor to make an appointment for a visit or campus tour.
