Spartanburg Community College Foundation
SCC Foundation has been an integral part of the success of Spartanburg Community College. State support is critically important to SCC; however, funding levels have decreased. Although the college has formed new, budget-driven plans for maintaining the quality education for those attending, they still must seek supplemental funds if it is to maintain the standard of excellence expected by a demanding workplace environment.
Private dollars raised by the SCC Foundation do not replace other sources of revenue; rather, private dollars allow the SCC Foundation to promote the college's strategic plans for distinctive growth and development and assist hundreds of deserving students and worthy faculty with scholarships and grants.
